However, if you know what you are looking for, one can quickly and easily take advantage of the value of the resources that Zoho provides users of all it’s applications.
Zoho’s free online Knowledge Base is broken down by application. Under each application there are sections; subjects related to that particular application. One can just browse through all the topics hoping something pops out. By the same token, it really does help to have a specific interest in mind. Naturally, there is a search tool to help you find the topic or key words you are looking for
One way to get good ideas and discover uses is to explore what others are reading. There are lists of the most “Popular” and “Recent” articles. .
The Zoho Community is another tremendous resource to help you achieve better results with your Zoho CRM and other applications. The Zoho Online Community is also organized by application, with similar navigational tools to help you find what you are seeking for.
On any given subject Community “category” there is a tool/menu bar at the top which lets you select how you wish to approach your interest. You could look for announcements, questions, ideas, problems or just general discussion about the category you selected.
Furthermore, Zoho offers helpful tutorial videos on most of their applications. These “How to Videos” are also broken down by application and again by subject.
